系统环境：三台win2012R2 DC版本的测试机，一台为主域控，另外二台为辅域控。
exchange 版本及信息： exchange2013 v150版本（网上下载的），安装前对WIN2012 进行了全面的补丁更新，基本需要打的全部打上，根据网上exchange2013的安装说明，安装了如下几个软件：
FilterPack64bit.exe
filterpack2010sp1-kb2460041-x64-fullfile-zh-cn.exe
UcmaRuntimeSetup.exe ##### UCMA 统一通信软件。
然后在exchange 安装文件夹下点击setup，按照提示进行操作，到检查清单完毕后，它会有告警说安装未完成，需要重启服务器才能操作。以及上述几个软件未安装的说明。但在添加/删除程序中，上述软件已存在的。重新卸载上述软件，进行再次安装，依然这样报错。
