把Edge的证书 New-EdgeSubscription生成XML文件
2.再到mailbox上把之前的订阅删除，新建边缘订阅 （然后把mailbox跟edge重启）邮箱收发属正常，但Edge上还报ID12014错误。

Therefore, it is unable to support the STARTTLS SMTP verb for the connector edgesync - inbound to default-first-site-name with a FQDN parameter of S08602.jinnpina.com.cn. If the connector's FQDN is not specified, the computer's FQDN is used. Verify the connector configuration and the installed certificates to make sure that there is a certificate with a domain name for that FQDN. If this certificate exists, run Enable-ExchangeCertificate -Services SMTP to make sure that the Microsoft Exchange Transport service has access to the certificate key.
