[求助]紧急求助，数据库状态为fail&suspended [复制链接]

exchange2010的一个数据库状态变为 fail&suspended ，数据库的状态信息如下

The database copy was automatically suspended due to failure item processing. At '2017/1/12 4:32:09' the Exchange store database 'SAC-MBX04 (R&D)' copy on this server experienced a serious I/O error. For more details about the failure, consult the Event log on the server for other storage and "ExchangeStoreDb" events. The passive database copy has been suspended.



The Microsoft Exchange Replication service encountered an unexpected error in log replay for database 'SAC-MBX04 (R&D)\SAC-S-MAIL01'. Error MapiExceptionJetErrorDiskIO: LogReplayRequest rpc failed. (hr=0x80004005, ec=-1022)

求高人指点。

服务器配备的md3200存储有一块硬盘坏了，但md3200是有阵列的，应该不会有影响吧。

exchange系统有两个数据库服务器互备的，其中mail01服务器上的mbx04库的日志文件夹很小，几百兆的量，可备库mail02上的mbx04库的日志就很巨大了，达到380G，直接导致mail02服务器的空间用完，所有数据库全部离线了，这我也很头疼。

不删日志文件，没空间就不能把mail02的库mount上，可不mount上，怎么恢复mbx04库呢。

resume database copy 和 update database copy 分别什么作用。

经过处理，存储的硬件故障已排除。

我移动了一些mbx04的日志文件到其它地方，空出了一些空间。又将两个日志较多的数据库设置成了循环日志，现在硬盘空间的问题算是解决了。

其它数据库都已经恢复正常。

但mbx04数据库虽然可以正常mount上，但是备数据库仍然无法变为healthy状态。

上图是现在的状态，dismount是我主动设置的，避免需要同步更多的数据。
我只要resume database copy，就会收到警告信息：

A server-side administrative operation has failed. The database copy was partially resumed. A problem was encountered mounting the content indexing catalog: The seeding operation encountered an error while trying to contact the search service. Error: Microsoft Exchange Search Service may not be running on server SAC-S-MAIL01. Specific RPC error message: Error 0x6d9 (There are no more endpoints available from the endpoint mapper) from cli_Mount [Database: SAC-MBX04 (R&D), Server: SAC-S-MAIL01.sac-china.com]

然后立刻状态又变成fail&suspended
我能手动拷贝日志文件吗？

一般我们会尝试把这个数据库从DAG节点移除然后把数据库文件夹以及日志文件夹里的内容清空，然后再重新加一次。
