我在使用exchange2003是遇到以下退信问题，却不知该如何入手处理，分析退信原因，诚心求教各位大侠判断退信原因的经验和处理退信的技巧！！！！！！！！！！！
1. 同事给老外发邮件，有时可以发送成功，有时经常出现以下退信， 是不是
DNS有问题呢?

服务器太忙还是网络太慢或者对方服务器更改策略的原因呢，大家在实际工作环境中有否遇到此类问题?/
