大家好！请教一下autodiscover问题。
上图是根CA证书名称，里面有DNS NAME=autodiscover.q.com.cn和autodiscover.q.com.cm
是不是说用户在外网使用outlookanywhere时是不是就要按上述的地址填写呢？

autodiscover和Outlook anywhere没什么太大关系的。你这里遇到的是什么具体问题呢？

你这里看上去shmail.q.com.cn是你的外部地址，因此Outlook Anywhere就应该使用的是这个。

只是这边”仅连接到其证书中包含该主题名称的代理服务器“选项建议取消勾选后再测试下

主要是在家不能实现outlookanywhere，请问在家的PC也要安装exchange的根证书吗？要实现的话有什么先决条件吗？谢谢

如果是第三方权威验证的证书是不需要安装的，

我是不是要在DNS上添加A记录：_autodiscover._tcp.q.com.cn。

首先跟您澄清一下，外部autodiscover工作正常要基于以下两点：
1. autodiscover.domain.com（即autodiscover.q.com.cn）可以解析到您的CAS服务器。
2. autodiscover.domain.com（即autodiscover.q.com.cn）涵盖在您申请的证书里面。
那末，请检查以下两个问题：
1.  autodiscover.q.com.cn是不是主题备用名称（SAN）之一？即，如果您查阅证书->证书详情->下拉到主题备用名称。。。autodiscover.q.com.cn是否列在其中
2. 如果你浏览https://autodiscover.q.com.cn，是否可以看到一个证书错误？
