请教outlook anywhere问题，望大虾指教！

最近outlook anywhere出了个比较奇怪的问题，之前一直可以访问的，具体如下：
配置的exchange2010内网访问均正常（OWA、outlook anywhere已配置好）；但是外网配置outlook就访问不了exchange（防火墙80、443已开启；抓包https起不来，只有两次握手），各位大虾觉得故障点在哪？大家一起讨论下哈

正在测试 RPC/HTTP 连接。
RPC/HTTP 测试失败。
测试步骤

The host name resolved successfully.

Testing TCP port 443 on host x.x.com to ensure it's listening and open.

测试步骤
ExRCA is attempting to obtain the SSL certificate from remote server x.x.com on port 443.
ExRCA successfully obtained the remote SSL certificate.

Validating the certificate name.
The certificate name was validated successfully.

Host name x.x.com was found in the Certificate Subject Common name.

Certificate trust is being validated.
Certificate trust validation failed.
测试步骤
ExRCA is attempting to build certificate chains for certificate CN=x.x.com.
A certificate chain couldn't be constructed for the certificate.
