[求助]外网Outlook 不能连接Exchange 2013 [复制链接]

小弟刚刚为公司架了exchange2013，现在遇到个问题，Mac版的Outlook 2011 可以在外网链接到exchange2013， 收发都没有问题。
但是windows版的outlook 在外网就死活也连接不上。 443 和 25端口都已经转发到公网。

内网的outlook链接exchange都没有问题。 证书都已经安装在client端了。

请问问题出在哪里？谢谢

这个是ActiveSync 的测试结果。现在除了外网outlook不能链接，还有一个问题就是手机也不能通过activesync链接。

我查了一下，mac outlook 2011是使用EWS连接exchange服务器的，而windows的outlook是用outlook anywhere，反正手动配置outlook，一直提示检查网络连接，无法解析域名之类的。

ms activesync也不好用，郁闷死了。

首先，在外网的客户端上访问OWA是否正常？有没有报证书的错？

如果OWA正常的话，手动配置Outlook的Outlook Anywhere，在Microsoft Exchange Proxy Settings下，确保是通过外网的FQDN，并且使用SSL，通过msstd:<外网FQDN>，尝试Basic Authentication试试看。

我也遇到这个问题到现在还没又解决，请问谁知道呀

我现在测试一样的报错， 应该是tmg 发布时的证书转换问题， 系统会自动启用 msstd:email.contoso.com  ；
但我使用的是 *.contoso.com 域名。
使用 set-outlookprovider expr -certprincipalname "msstd:*.contoso.com" 也是 没有 用。
