Exchange 2010 无法收取外部邮件

生产环境：两台exchange2010服务器（安装的角色有，客户端访问，邮箱，集线器传输，统一消息）做了DAG群集，AD上面装了HUB角色。

问题：邮箱用户突然反应，无法接收到外部邮件。我测试发现，可以内网收发，可以往外发送。但是无法收取外部邮件。
            从服务器本地，内网，外网测试telnet 服务器的 25端口，无法连接。
            两台做了DAG群集的机器出现这个情况。这个时候，我把ISA上发布的SMTP server的IP指到了AD上面，外网的邮件可以发送过来了。
            到了邮箱的邮件队列里。  因为我AD上面没有安装CAS角色，所以用户还是无法收到。但是可以证明，我的MX解析没有问题。
            求解，为什么突然服务器的25端口无法访问了呢、？？使用netstat -an | find “25” 查不到。本地25端口没有打开。
            Exchagne的服务开启正常。

检查下接收连接器上的设置看是否指向的是25端口

重启过Exchange，两台的机器的25号端口都没有打开。使用命令， netstat -an |find “25” 找不到。
telnet 也提示打不开。
另外发现一个现象是，我们这边三台Exchange角色的服务器，一台是AD，另外两台是exchange . AD上面装有集线器传输角色。可以telnet  AD的25号端口，查看25号端口也是出于监听状态。  然后我使用TMG发布的时候，SMTP server 我本来发布的是一台邮件服务器（DAG-1）的地址，外网发送的时候，邮件一直出于传递状态，传不过去。  如果我把SMTP server 发不成 AD的地址，也就是25号端口可以连接的那台。邮件可以发送成功。但是到达不了用户这里，，我这边AD的队列里，积攒了500多封邮件了。。。

从你提供的信息来看，我并没有看到DAG-1上有接收连接器，请检查并确保DAG-1上的接收连接器存在

并且DAG-3上的default DAG-3这个接收连接器处于Disable状态，请enable之，然后再看DAG-3上的25端口是否打开

版主你好，问题已经成功解决了。解决的办法是，将集线器传输角色重装了。原因可能就是DAG-3这台上面的Hub角色有问题，但是我内网有两台Hub，AD上面也有Hub的角色，那么为什么当我将AD上的SMTP发布出去，邮件可以发送过来，但是挤压在了AD上面的邮件队列里而无法到达用户的邮箱呢？
另外的问题就是，您从哪些语句中看到的DAG-3上面的default DAG-3这个接收连接器出于disable状态呢？
