Role/Responsibilities
· Minimum of 2 years\' experience in Hitachi and EMC storage with deep skill of troubleshooting
· Provide Storage & Backup engineering design leadership and technology innovation for all supported SAN & Backup solutions.
· Maintain SAN frames, SAN Fabric and SAN/Backup related s/w and operational readiness validation of all applicable San/Backup infrastructure components.
· Support issues, including owning and driving resolution of all operational incident escalations.
· Set standards around SAN/Backup architecture & hardware solutions along with necessary software.
· Have full ownership and complete accountability for specific areas of service delivery.
· Assist in solution of all operational incident escalations.
· Assist in documenting and reviewing team processes and procedures, and integrate into larger firm processes.
· Participate in 7x24 On-Call Support Rotation and reviewing team processes and procedures
· Participate in 7x24 On-Call Support Rotation.
Knowledge
· Rich Experience & Knowledge of Multiple H/w Models (EMC, NetApp, Hitachi)
· Experienced in Veritas
· Rich Experience of working on Windows, Unix, Linux platforms as System Admin.
· Experience on Security Products
Process Specific Knowledge
Certified on IT Specific Process used in the Industry (ITIL, BS7799, Six Sigma etc.)
Technical Skills
· EMC, Hitachi (required), NetApp (optional)

· Communication Skills.
