Responsibilities:
1. Setup and maintain desktop computers and peripherals. Interact with staff on desktop problems and their resolution.
2. Setup and maintain computer networks, such as LAN, WAN, WiFi and 虚拟专用网络.
3. Setup and maintain Windows/Linux servers and services, such as web, email, database and FTP. Manage user accounts in the systems.
4. Cooperate with software, hardware and services vendors to complete related tasks.
5. Cooperate with oversea colleagues to complete related tasks.
6. Can work overtime in case of emergency.
7. Create and maintain IT documents.
8. Other IT related tasks assigned by IT Supervisor.
Requirements:
1. Good integrity, good communication skills, and good sense of team spirit.
2. Good verbal and written understanding of English. CET-4 or equivalent. Working experience in English language environment is preferred.
3. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication, or related majors. At least 1 year working experience on related work.
4. Experience in maintaining computer networks and IT equipments, such as PC, server, printer and firewall.
5. Experience in Microsoft Windows systems and Microsoft Exchange Server.
6. Experience in Linux, MySQL, Tomcat and VMware ESX is preferred.
7. MCSE/CCNA is preferred.
