[求助]Exchanage 2010  Totaldeleteditemsize [复制链接]

環境:二台Exchange 2010(無DAG)
動作:二台Exchange 2010移動mail box
在運作一陣子之後,在移動mail box時,發現容量變很大,造成移動速度很慢

使用指令:Get-MailboxStatistics User_name | ft DeletedItemCount, TotalDeletedItemSize
發現問題出在Totaldeleteditemsize ,占在空間太大
請問要如何才能減少Totaldeleteditemsize容量?

ps.EMC操作-->組織組態-->信箱-->保留原則標記 ,將保留天數改成一天,重啟服務

参考下文，搜索“Keep deleted items for (days)”，将数据库上的该属性设为1，然后重启Information Store服务：

己按照以下操作,並重啟服務
    Open the Exchange Management Console.
    In the console tree, expand Microsoft Exchange, then expand Server Configuration, and then select Mailbox.
    On the Database Management tab in the work pane, expand the storage group that contains the mailbox database that you want to configure.
    Right-click the database that you want to configure, and then select Properties.
    Click the Limits tab.
    In the Deletion settings area, enter the number of days to retain deleted items in Keep deleted item for (days).
    Click OK to save the changes.

下指令:Get-MailboxStatistics UserName | ft DeletedItemCount, TotalDeletedItemSize
仍無縮小

重启服务只是令更改生效，之后需要等到Mailbox Assistant清理后才会有所变化。

如果只是个别邮箱问题的话，可以通过Outlook登陆其邮箱，然后手动将Recover Deleted Items文件夹里面的邮件清空。

過了一天,再查看,真的有變小了,我就持續觀察看看~
個人感覺~Exchange企業在運用上,很少會將mail 全部放在server,一般都會收到PST
很多好用的功能,如稽核,刪除回復等等好用的功能有如雞助~
期望能有份文章介紹關閉功能,以期增加運作效能~
