我的office365 无法使用新建文档？什么原因呢？总告知：无法启动office on demand。该怎么办呢？

使用Office on Demand 需要注意以下事项：
1. Office on Demand  需要联机访问。

3. 只有Windows7 或者 Windows8支持Office on Demand。
4. 浏览器要求：Internet Explorer 9 or higher, Mozilla Firefox 12 or higher, Apple Safari 5 or higher, or Google Chrome 18 or higher.
5. 需要启用ActiveX。
